TECHNICAL SOLUTION FOR GRINDING SEED CROP

The article considers relevant for science and industry issues related to the provision of high quality seed material, in particular sugar beet seeds. It is proposed to design a grinding device that resolves this issue due to the fact that the seeds in the treatment process at the same time making a movement in several planes: rotate and move on a spiral path from the center to the periphery. As a result of this form is provided by the seed close to the ball, and its upper layer is removed without damaging the embryo. Obtained and analyzed a mathematical model describing the workflow of the device and its proposed rational values of the main operating parameters of the proposed machine.
