ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The introduction of a quality management system is one of the key elements in the development of light industry enterprises in the modern world. As part of writing this article, an analysis of data on the use of the quality management system at Russian light industry enterprises was carried out. The analysis included research of scientific articles, analytical reports, and thematic literature. During the analysis, it was revealed that the introduction of a quality management system at light industry enterprises leads to an improvement in product quality, a reduction in production costs and an increase in its competitiveness in the market. In addition, the introduction of a quality management system at the enterprise contributes to improving the organization of work processes and reducing risks associated with product quality. Based on the analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that the introduction of a quality management system is a necessary step for the development of light industry enterprises.
