Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
The average time for initial evaluation of manuscripts is 5 days. Average review time for manuscripts is 30 days. The average time for publishing an article is 60 days.

Author Guidelines

Only a registered author can submit a paper.
Submission of articles for publication in the journal and their reviewing is carried out ONLY through the personal account of the journal website.
To prepare articles, the authors should use the Requirements for articles and the Template.Download Requirements and Template.
Before submitting papers, authors should ensure that all items on the submission checklist are completed.
Submission of an article for publication in the journal implies the agreement of the author(s) with the rules of the journal.

Requirements for articles

1. General requirements

Scientific articles, review articles in Russian and English are accepted for publication.
Article materials are submitted by e-mail: surr@itit58.ru or through the site https://itit58.ru. When sending an article by e-mail, the signatures of the author (s) on the acceptance of the rules of editorial ethics of the journal, developed taking into account international norms and rules, are sent as a separate file in *.pdf or *jpeg format.

2. Article types

Review article: This is a structured comprehensive article based on previously published articles (At least 15 source articles). This is an article that summarizes the current state of understanding of the topic.
Original research article: It is a stand-alone text with independent credibility and able to describe the main results of the research work without referring to the article itself.

3. Article structure

In Russian and English: Article title, authors' names, abstract with IMRAD structure (introduction, methods, results and discussion), keywords.
In Russian and English: Main text with the following sections:
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
In Russian and English: References

4. Technical indicators of article design

The volume of the manuscript is from 5 to 10 pages (including tables, illustrations, bibliography). A4 format. All margins are 20 mm. The body text font is Times New Roman. The font size of the main text is 10 pt. Line spacing is single. There is no indentation of the first line of the paragraph. Text alignment - in width. Automatic hyphenation - disabled. Pages are not numbered.

Copyright Notice

The editorial board of the journal in its activities is guided by the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the fourth chapter 70 "Copyright" and adheres to the rules of publication ethics (in accordance with the recommendations of the international Committee on Publication Ethics).
The author's consent to the publication of an article in the journal means consent to the use of personal data in the open press, as well as to the placement of the full version of the article on the Internet: on the journal's website in free access and in other electronic libraries and databases.
The authors retain copyright to the work and grant the journal the right to publish the work under the terms of the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, according to which the Author grants to everyone throughout the world and for the entire term of copyright protection, a royalty-free right to share the work and adapt it subject to attribution of the obligatory indication of imprint and DOI of the article.
Articles are freely and permanently available on the Internet immediately after publication, the final version can be reused and immediately deposited in any repository, authors retain copyright to their work without restrictions, articles are cited and included in all major bibliographic databases.
