MODELING CHANGES IN THE QUALITY MIX PADDLE MIXER ON THE BASIS TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS

Abstract

The paper presents the analysis of methods for determination of mix quality and functional expressions describe them. Justified the function modeling the quality of the mixture taking into account technological factors. The description of the lobed mixer and the results of experimental data processing based on exponential function. Identified functional expressions are empirical coefficients. Performed correlation evaluation and determined the confidence of simulation results.
