Abstract

In the present paper we consider the process of concentrating fruit juices by evaporation. To account for the transient processes jointly presented equation evaporator and condenser. A system of differential equations describing the static and dynamic characteristics of single hull evaporator and taken into account their link in multihull evaporator unit.
