ENERGY- AND RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGY OF EXTRACTING BEE-BREAD FROM BEE HONEYCOMBS AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF ITS PRODUCTION

Bee-bread is one of the most valuable products of beekeeping. It is determined by its chemical composition, therapeutic properties and useful for people’s health qualities. Currently, the problem of extracting bee-bread from bee honeycombs solved with high technological parameters. We have developed innovative technology allows to obtain bee-bread on an industrial scale with high economic effect. This article summarizes the main operations and the main economic indicators of the set of machines for the production of bee-bread.
