Abstract

In this work the review of the working bodies for harvesting of green mass of artichoke and reveals their advantages and disadvantages. Describes the main methods of harvesting of green mass of artichoke. For harvesting of green mass of Jerusalem artichoke recommended cutter rotary type continuous cut, reflecting the current trend in the improvement rotodynamic working bodies.
