STUDY OF THE ADSORPTION OF ZINC IONS ON NATURAL AND MODIFIED DIATOMITES AT LOW CONCENTRATIONS OF ADSORBATE

Abstract

The value of the maximum adsorption of zinc (II) on natural diatomites and modified (thermal, acid, alkaline) during short-term and long-term contact of the adsorbate with the adsorbent was calculated. Graphs of the dependence A = f(C) are presented. The assessment of the levels of reliability of the values was made. The results of the Student’s single-sample test were obtained. The influence of the modification type on the adsorption efficiency was revealedn.
