THE STUDY OF THE PROCESS OF CUTTING A BEE’S HONEYCOMB HEATED WIRE

Abstract

Bee-bread is one of the most valuable products of beekeeping. It is determined by its chemical composition, therapeutic properties and useful for people’s health qualities. To extract it from the honeycomb, it is necessary to separate the part of the honeycomb with bee-bread from the wooden frame with wire. We have developed a centrifugal method of extracting the wax-beebread masses from the honeycomb with heating the reinforcing wire. This article presents the methodology, equipment and results of the study of the cutting speed of honeycomb with bee-bread a heated wire.
