Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the development of the dairy subcomplex. It was noted that the assistance of government agencies is of great importance to stimulate investment activity in the dairy industry. Improving the efficiency of milk production is possible primarily by increasing the volume of products and increasing the parameters of its competitiveness. The main instruments of state support for the dairy subcomplex are: subsidizing the interest rate on investment and short-term loans; grants for the reconstruction of dairy complexes; support for regional livestock development programs - the formation of the fixed capital of family dairy farms, etc. The main vector of further development of the dairy subcomplex is the effective use of own funds of agro-industrial organizations, as well as funds allocated by the budget and large investors. The dairy and food subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex provides the implementation of innovative projects for the food industry and the development of agri-food markets, creating competitive advantages for export transactions in the turnover of milk and dairy products.
