Abstract

The article highlights the importance of the meat and dairy subcomplex, which is very important for meat and milk production. The meat and dairy subcomplex includes several areas that interact to ensure the production and processing of milk and meat.: breeding and genetics, feeding and maintenance, dairy production, meat production, storage and logistics, marketing and sales, innovation and development. The interrelationships of the meat and dairy subcomplex include the interaction of various links, such as the production of raw materials, processing, provision of services and sale of products. When economic entities of the meat and dairy subcomplex interact, a technological chain is formed in which, based on mutually beneficial cooperation increases the economic efficiency of each of them. The meat and dairy subcomplex of the agroindustrial complex forms production chains for the production, processing and sale of the most socially important dairy and meat products on the domestic market. In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for meat and dairy products, which is why the capacity of this market will constantly increase. The activities of the subjects of the meat and dairy subcomplex of the agroindustrial complex are aimed at satisfying the physiological needs of humans, realized through demand, through satisfying it with meat, milk, dairy and meat products.
