Abstract

The article discusses the process of digitalization of the introduction of digital technologies in agriculture. In Russia, the level of implementation of digital technologies in agriculture remains low. According to this indicator, the country ranks 15th in the world. Digital transformation for meat and dairy industry enterprises is a prerequisite for integration with consumers and suppliers. Currently, factories for the production of automated and robotic equipment are located in Western European countries. Therefore, it is important to ensure our own production of digital technologies and equipment. Digitalization makes it possible to improve efficiency and productivity in the meat and dairy subcomplex. Digitalization in the meat and dairy subcomplex is the process of forming an integrated management system for the main production processes of feeding, watering, milking, manure removal and primary processing of products based on the Internet of Things. According to forecasts, the market of information and computer technologies in the meat and dairy industry is expected to grow at least 5 times by 2026.
