Abstract

We present calculations of the number of seats in a network catering to 1,000 inhabitants according to SNIP 2.08.02-89 calculations and comparisons with the results of the catering market research conducted in 2012. It is shown that calculations by SNIP 2.08.02-89 with minor amendment reflects the state of the market in 2012.
