JUSTIFICATION OF THE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME OF THE EXTRUDER FOR PROCESSING RAW MATERIALS WITH HIGH HUMIDITY

Equipment the extruder vacuum chamber and realize the benefits of the thermal effect during operation of such machine allows to increase the energy efficiency of its workflow by replacing part of energy of electric drive energy (heat) of hot steam emitted from the extrudate in the process of intensive dehydration of the product under reduced pressure. To expand the scope of application of such an extruder by processing raw materials with high humidity, we propose its design and technological scheme with two-stage dehydration of the extrudate after its exit from the working path of the machine.
