Abstract

The article describes the importance of milk as a basic necessity. The value of milk productivity and milk quality are estimated, which depend on the breed, feeding, physiological condition, conditions of maintenance and milking technology. The factors that affect the quality of milk are indicated. The protocol of milking on the carousel is given. A methodology for evaluating residual milk during milking is given. The reconnection of milking machines is regulated. A description of the mastitis detection technique is given. The efficiency of the functioning of the main technological elements of machine milking of cows has been studied.
