Abstract

The paper presents a method for investigating the possibility of using freeze-dried raspberries in the production of oatmeal cookies, which is due to the fact that the use of freeze-dried raspberries will increase the content of minerals and vitamins in the finished product, as well as change the taste characteristics of the products.
